In this role, you’ll cultivate a serene and therapeutic environment where guests can arrive fully, let go completely, and leave feeling renewed.

Working closely with our reception and guest experience team, you’ll help ensure every aspect of the guest journey flows with ease, warmth, and uninterrupted tranquillity.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional massage, facial, and body treatments
• Create personalised experiences tailored to each guest’s needs
• Maintain treatment spaces to the highest standards
• Support the seamless flow of daily spa operations
• Build meaningful guest connections through genuine care and presence
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and wellness-focused team culture

Who You Are

You’re a highly skilled and qualified therapist with experience across massage, facials, and holistic bodywork.

You bring an intuitive touch and the ability to adapt your approach to each guest, ensuring every treatment feels both personal and profound.

You communicate clearly, collaborate warmly, and contribute to the harmonious environment that makes a wellness sanctuary truly special.
